How verification works
- Backtest
The rules replayed on the past, computed by Brain itself. A past can be fitted, so it's only the start.
- Forward
Brain replays the frozen rules on prices after publishing — simulated, out of sample, can't be tuned.
- Paper
A Brain-run TEST bot or practice run of the exact version: simulated fills at live prices.
- Live
Real orders Brain placed on the creator's connected key. Creator-typed results never count.
